"Please return the completed application form, supporting documentationand Application Fee of $300 to the appropriate kindergarten directly byregistered mail or by hand. You will receive areceipt for your Application fee and are requested to provide a stampedand self-addressed return form with your application, for this purpose."

Yes. The website stated that should be by hand or registered mail to the school u are applying.
To avoid risk in postal service, u better send the application by hand (I did it in the morning of the first day of applications last year). They will give u a chop for confirmation after receiving your application form. Then, all u need to do is to wait for any letters of offer.

因為上年同大女報係寄去cwb office.

Just because the WuKaiSha campus was not in operation last year.
To be a lazy parent, you may call the class teacher of your elder daughter to do you a favor...then leave the application form in her school bag, if and only if you don't want to go by yourself...haha

Yes, I submitted my son's application to the kinder on Oct 2 by hand. I also received their acknowledgement letter yesterday.
