phonic 真是3 歲到可以學, 其實phonic在外國是一些幼稚園程度學的課程.

My son starts learning phonics since K1 (2歲8個月). Before that, he could speak and listen to english but not yet recognised any words(even letters). (I believe the order of learning lauguage: listening, speaking, sighting and writing.)
When he went to kindy, he learnt the letters and the phonic sound at once. And so far he could read and write his own words.
Of course, he takes extra tuition to learn phonics and we do a lot of reading at home.

3-5 is the optimal age.

你所講的 Explorer Island 是否在將軍澳那間,我個小朋友剛好兩歲,近來都想搵將軍澳區的 Phonic 班,見到 Explorer Island 有得學,但好似小朋友自己上堂呢,若果小朋友自己上堂,會否不夠專心呢?同埋成效好嗎?謝謝回答!

嗰日同個仔喺寳琳新都城睇完醫生, 見到隔離有間叫 explorer island 有 letterland phonics

學。請問你囡囡是否在這間學呢 ? 是 native speaker教嗎 ? 每堂完了, 老師會有comments的嗎 ?
