Unlike the 34C scorching sun which almost melted us all yesterday at Good hope, the whether this morning was quite breezy, at least at 聖母, and most of the people felt quite comfortable waiting outside the school campus.

As we walked in, the teachers and sisters greeted us with a warm and friendly smile.  One distinctive thing I felt as soon as I entered the school premises was that it gave me a sence of security and calmness.  There was no sign of fierce competition here.  It had a very peaceful atmosphere and all students looked very happy and healthy.  We felt quite homely there to be honest.

The school arranged some students to accompany the applicants at the playground where they will be interviewed while parents were being led to a hall at the basement by a P4 student for the briefing session.  As we walked down the stairs I asked her few questions and she responded very politely......

The impromptu speech by the sister was fast and furious but informative and touching. She said if your kid get in this school, she guarantees that the kid will be loved and cared by all teachers and sisters.

Hello, It is me again.

聖母 is my 3 sisiters old school. They cannot go to the Good Hope, so they went to this one. Every Sat, I went there to wait for my sisters to join the ASA. So, I was also familiar with this school.

If you want me to compare this one with Good Hope, here is my comment. Good Hope is more emphasis on the academic, the pressure is more. 聖母's academic is also great, the students are so polite, the teachers are more kind and caring, the students will enjoy the school life more and the location is better, near MTR.

Good Luck on both, they are all great school, let me know the result.

By the way, My son is also in K3, he also has a few interviews this month, ttyl.

Hi nsachung,

Thanks for sharing with me again. Your comments mirror exactly how I feel about the two schools even though I don't know anyone who goes to these schools (because I was brought up in UK)

May I ask did your sisters continue their secondary education with Our Lady?? About 98% of the P6 students were allocated to their 1st choice of Seconday school, which is quite a remarkable result.

The 96% students may be joined to 聖母 secondary school.
They don't have any figure for the past p6 students .
