Open day - check their websites.  sometimes, the schools will send mailings to your home.

Definitely should bring along your kid! You can see if your kid likes the school.  Usually, some teachers will be around at the school and you can see if they like children or have initiative to play with kids.

I went to one Open Day.  While over 10 kids are waiting for their interviews and playing at the indoor playground, I saw 3 teachers around (mostly expatriates) chatting among themselves, rather than greeting the parents or trying to play with the kids.
