剛開學讀下午班, 想同呀仔編好d個時間表, 同問吓全日時間你地點安排呀?

My daughter is in PM class as well. She has all her extracurrricular activities during weekends - Sat (swimming in the morning, phonics and ballet in the afternoon) and Sun (music lesson).

During weekdays she wakes up at around 9am, watch a bit of TV then have lunch at around 11am. Her school bus picks her up at around noon and she comes back at around 5:30pm.

My son is in K1 pm class.
His schedule for weekday:

7:30 to 8am – get up
8am to 11am – practice writing, play
11:15am – have lunch and dress up
12:15pm – leave home for school bus
5pm – return home
5pm to 6:30pm - play
6:30pm – dinner
7pm to 9:30pm – play & shower
9:30pm – go to bed

Weekend – extra-curricular activities

我個女現讀K1pm class, 平日時間表如下:
7:00 起身飲奶
9:15 - 10:00 Lunch
10:30 午睡
12:00 起身換衫返學+水果一份
12:25 出門口等校車
5:10 放學返到屋企
5:30 Dinner
7:00 沖涼
9:00 上床瞓覺
我個女由小到大都係咁早起身, 就算夜晚夜夜先瞓, 佢個心理時鐘都係7點就起身, 同埋我個女一定要小睡片刻, 如果唔係就臭脾氣都不得了, 所以試咗2個星期, 以上時間表對佢黎講就perfect.

One more option (my son's schedule):

7:15-7:30: wake up and drink milk
8:00 - 9:00: breakfast
9:00 - 10:00: play, not read (clubhouse or more physical games to kill energy)
10:30 - 12:00: nap
12:00 - 12:40: lunch
12:45 - leave home for school bus
5:15 - returned home, shower, play
6:45 - dinner
8:15 - fruit, study
9:30 - bedtime

我個囝k1 PM CLASS,每日時間如下:
08:30 ~ 09:00 起身飲奶
09:30 ~ 11:00  睇tv or dvd
11:00 ~11:30 食午餐
11:50  出門口等校車
17:15  放學返到屋企
17:30  洗白白
18:15  食晚餐
19:00  睇一陣tv or 玩具
19:30  食水果
20:15  飲奶+ 刷牙
20:30  上床

暫時都係咁樣安排時間
