報名辦法：
由2009年9月4日至9月8日，請於辦公時間內到本附屬小學

索取報名表格，或由本校網址下載，或於9月4日前付回郵信封向本校索取；並請家長於9月12日至9月15日期間，親身將填妥的表格及有關文件於辦公時間內交回本校。

辦公時間：
星期一至六（上午9:00至中午12:00，下午2:00至4:00）

**申請人須於十月初參加面試

，家長將於九月下旬獲通知有關面試

安排。

家長簡介會：
本校將舉行兩場內容相同的簡介會，歡迎家長出席，毋須預留座位。

日期:	9月5日（星期六）
時間：	第一場 – 上午9:00至10:30
	第二場 – 上午11:00至下午12:30
地點:	拔萃男書院 (中學禮堂)
	九龍旺角亞皆老街131號

I have downloaded the form this morning, and seems that there is no restriction on page no. for the portfolio this year.

May I know why the parents in previous year said only 5 pages are allowed? In the P1 briefing session? Anyone can help?

There are no restriction on page no. for the portfolio but school recommend few pages.

It is sure school will advise tomorrow during the briefing.

因簡介會爆滿,所以不太清楚Profile的要求,
除了報名表外,所有資料(包括出世紙、成績表及證書)都釘埋一齊嗎?
請問有沒有頁數限制,可以雙面印刷嗎?謝謝大家!

if i am not mistaken, double sides is allowed, if double sided then only 5 pages is allowed ,so that means equivalent to a total of 10 pages

Yes, I attended 2nd session and the Principal said it should be 15 pages. But wonder if certs are included????

請問當日收表, 是否只收15 張紙, application form 是否不計 ?

What I did before was to prepare the profile, extract the important info. (only text without photos or certs.) to the 5 pieces of paper (printed both-side), and passed both of them to the school. If they feel interested, they may refer the info. stated in the profile. If not, let it be. Of course I packed them seperately.
