想問下大家，你地個班有幾個小朋友? 因為我個女個班有 24 個，但個 classroom 好似比較細，佢地好似唔係有太多空間玩丫~~

另外，你地 d 小朋友返 k2 開心嗎? 我有 d worry, 因為個女呢幾日返學都喊，話好驚。

Hi 我女個班有二十九人，課室算OK，不過我女座位背對老師。只返咗兩日學，問佢開不開心，佢話開心。不過今早瞓醒喊，話腳痛，痛完之後又喊，話掛住個生日會（上星期開生日會），佢以前未試過瞓醒喊，唔知同開學有冇關係。

which class are your kids studying at ? I heard that L-Yellow had only 18 students. Mixed with big and small kids, so quite surprised !

Hi, probably you know who I am as our children were in the same class last year. I totally agree with your view that their workload seems quite heavy. I also spent about an hour with her last night. There were altogether three homeworks, including letter T, number 1 and the parent-student exercise on the topic of "I am a good child in Lower class". Apart from it, I start worrying about her application for primary school. So, I prepared her for it by joining some speech competitions during summer vacation. As I don't have experience, I also registered for a relevant seminar to be held in mid-Sept. Do you have any plan yet ? Hope we can share much information.

Thanks for your concern. My daughter was lucky enough to get the prizes in three out of four competitions that she joined, including both Putonghua and English poems/story-telling. She participated in the speech festival organized by Learnxxx Kxx that you might have heard about. But my comment is that their arrangement is not very professional. Anyway, it is a good chance for her to stand on the stage. I will look for some others at a later stage.

For the "target" primary school, I haven't made up my mind yet. I need to do more research.

my son also studies in L4. To me the class teacher (Miss Wong) this year is much more "professional" than the one in nursery. The impression of the class teacher last year is really "so so" to me. Hopefully, Miss Wong & Miss Dillon can help our kids this year in terms of self confidence, discipline, way of learning..

係丫，我記得，所以我第一日返學就有特別留意你提過個幾個小朋友既名同埋坐係邊。

abby 媽咪，我知 abby 坐邊，係後面近課室門口個張table，abby 就坐近 table 既左邊路口位(面向黑板計)。tiffany 其實同佢坐得好近，係abby 左邊個張 table (green table)既右邊路口位。如果你記得第一日有個小朋友一入課室就喊，個個就係 tiffany 勒 (真失禮)。

btw, 我個女都有 6 個 nursery 班同學一齊上左 L Blue. 有機會一定要大家互相介紹一下。

我個囝係L-Green,全班17人,真係估唔到~
我個仔小肌肉比較麻麻,所以今年寫字真係有排崖,仲要每日一字,唔知記唔記得呢~
佢好心情果日10分鐘唔駛就做完功課,但一唔專心就成45分鐘都試過,真係少d耐性都唔得~
果份我係低班好穴寶寶,我好懶,print了相出來就算,所以就唔駛太花時間~

For the vocabulary, I forget to revise with my girl. So, she got a number of circles marked on the book ...... I also found that the circles were only put on Friday. Probably, the teacher will let them study the new words throughout the week and then test their memory on Friday (my pure guess).

我知 nataly 坐邊，同 tiffany 都幾遠丫，but 我諗佢地總會有機會一齊傾下玩下既。佢地同班，我都好開心! 話你知，佢地 total 有 7 個同學同班丫，仲有brandon, clarence, katelyn, cedan (tsz wai) & nathan.

有無細b我唔知wor,我果仔去年係N-star,今年只有3個同學同班。

你講的中文詞彙,我果班老師話monday會開始教,家長就幫手找相關的圖片(第一篇佢有話相,所以我無叫Ivan畫,可以快d),佢仲話叫家長在家幫手溫,在friday會個別問小朋友,如哪個字不懂就會圈。

由於阿女病左無返學，同老師電聯傾左 d 功課點做點樣交返學校，卒之明白左本詞彙小天地點做 --- 老師話 suppose 一個星期教一個新 topic, so 我地要係每個星期第一日返學時 (normally 星期一)要預備好新 topic 既資料 (即係要完成每課左邊空白個頁)。and then 佢地會係個個 wk 不同既節數溫習個個 topic，然後係 thu / fri 會叫每個小朋友都讀一次，遇到唔識讀既字會圈出來，so that 家長可以係屋企再同小朋友溫習。

另外，我都問左老師仲會唔會好似 nursery 班咁口頭叫小朋友帶野，佢話唔會架啦。至於上次我個女講既剪報，老師話其實係同班有個小朋友剪左段家居安全既新聞返嚟同佢地個班分享。老師仲叫我地同小朋友得閒可以一齊閱讀報紙，遇到有趣既新聞(特別係同小朋友有關既)都可以剪下，由小朋友帶回班房與其他小朋友分享，但不要一些太暴力既新聞。

最後，要講比大家知，我個女個班上星期有一個確診 h1n1丫!!

but 老師話個小朋友一發燒已經無返學啦 wor~~ so 我個女可能都中招丫 (因為佢係今個星期一下午開始 fever，尋朝退哂燒)~~

anyway, 老師都叫我個女休息多 2 days 到 next monday 先好返學，佢尋日已經差不多比哂今個 wk 既 homework 比我個女係屋企做。

I have applied for drama class (1st session) for my daughter, though a little bit clash with another class. So, we will be in a rush, if accepted. It is stated in the application form that a place is not guaranteed, subject to number of applicants. Hope, she can have the chance to join and wish to see some of you as well.

Abby話確診H1N1嘅同學係坐佢張枱,老師同佢哋講個小朋友已經康復,休息中.亞女都有話Green table有小朋友發燒冇返學,原來係Tiffany,希望佢快啲好番喇!

多謝報料。我女第一個星期幾乎成頁詞彙俾老師圈晒, 呢個星期阿女喺空白頁畫圖, 我都唔睇唔明。

希望你女兒早日康復。學校網頁家長通告欄有三宗學生患H1N1的通告。相信學校知道有確診就即刻出網上通告。

多謝大家關心。tiffany 星期一開始發燒喉嚨痛，到星期三早上已經退哂燒，而家都無事 lor。不過，我都同意老師講，佢初初好番可能身體都會弱 d ，都係在家休息多兩日穩陣 d 。所以 tiffany 會星期一先返學。

btw，學校而家先每日 notify 家長有無新 h1n1 case 已經係遲左。以我所知，根本唔止而家個幾單。係開學第一天已經有人中招兼返左學，but 學校只係通知個別有關既班別，以免大家恐慌。我初期知道左之後，都有打電話返學校查詢，主任亦都有答係有人中左。我諗呢排實在有太多家長打返去問，so學校都無辦法不停咁 answer tel enquiries, 唯有出 notice 通知所有家長。而家大家知道最新情況，唯有幫自己小朋友做好 d 預防措施，希望可以阻止 h1n1係學校 spread 開。

至於報料，大家唔使客氣，因為我地上嚟呢度都係諗住大家一齊share，令小朋友可以一齊學習同成長啫，rite? 希望以後大家可以更努力，為我地既小朋友 pave the way.

Apart from the 4-week plan (actually I didn't check it), I also received a notice from the English Teacher requesting them to bring a favourite toy on last Thursday and a red object on last Friday in accordance with the theme of the week. Both objects were brought back home directly after class.

Probably this is the practice of different English teacher. The notice that I received was a printed copy and signed by her English teacher. Yes, the teacher also wrote "thank you" on the reading record because I tried my best to read the story "At School" everyday with my daughter. Don't know if I can keep it up in the future.

我女都無收到任何通知話要帶野返學校, 不過我見今個星期係講紅色, 都有問個女老師有無話要帶紅色的東西返學校, 佢話無, 咁我就算數囉!

至於詞彙小天地, 可能每班的做法不一, 老師就話最好星期三/四貼好圖片, 星期四/五就會個別讀給老師聽, 致於詞語, 老師基本上係每天都會同小朋友讀的, 仲有我攞翻詞語的字咭出來溫習, 我女係要做小老師咁左一張右一張咁閃俾我睇, 問我係乜野字, 都好, 知道吓老師係咁教的.

same as chuppy, there isn't any notice to inform us bringing a favourite toy back to school bor~~ anyway, it may be different from class to class.

大家而家會唔會每晚都同阿仔阿女溫書架?

事源阿女上個 wk 病左，我都由佢休息，無同佢溫書，但求做哂功課有得交都好好彩 (因為上個星期阿女一邊做一邊呻多功課，一泡眼淚幾乎喊，so 我都唔敢迫得咁緊)。

尋晚早左返屋企，又早左做完 homework，咪同阿女溫下書 lor，結果用左成個鐘先溫左大部份 (上個 wk + 今個 wk 既中英文 topics)，仲未溫 getting up 同詞彙小天地添丫~~

所以我都想問下大家溫書既 frequency同埋要用幾耐，點溫法，等我可以參考一下。謝謝。

我現階段係同佢溫吓默生字, 玩學校的字咭, 普通話都無同佢溫, 又無聽佢講翻呀, 老師話遲些會有溫習紙呀, 我唸住平時溫定, 到時無咁頭痕呀!!!!

可能我個係仔,我每晚同佢玩車的時候就用學校的字卡切斑馬線,記得張字卡就可放入斑馬線去加長,so far效果都好好。

我反為最頭痛係adjust pm class同埋做功課的問題。
我想問吓你地的小朋友放了學要唔要午睡,做功課又要幾耐呀~

我個仔有時唔肯nap,但昨天放學跟住踏單車,6:50pm才午睡,結果叫佢都要9:15pm才起來,10:00才吃完飯,先做功課,仲因寫唔到個v字,結果做了45分鐘功課,如果每日都係咁我就死得lar~

多謝你既分享，等我又可以多個有趣方法同個女溫書。

btw, 我個女由 nursery 時已經係返 pm，可能已經 adapt 左，所以我又無你既煩惱。我個女而家基本上已經可以唔使午睡，如果佢要既話，我地唔會比佢遲過 7.30 pm 起身食飯。因為遲過呢個 time, 佢夜晚就會好夜先瞓 (有時見佢眼光光都好慘架)。通常 8 點多就做功課，視乎佢想唔想填色，唔填色既話，around 10-20 分鐘就做完功課，填色既話就可長可短。
