My sons are 5 and 9 years of age, I would like to know the following children products from Smart-kids below, see any users can help. tks.

1. whether or not the product (English TIME) fit for my children age?
2. any similiar product in the market as I don't have time to compare?
3. the salesman told me there's a trip to Singapore when my children finshed the course after I purchase the product , I really like this arrangement as quite fresh but no idea on the service level of this program.
