yes, because there will be extra 10 points if same religion. But this kind of points (eg same religion, old boys relation, etc) will only be counted after the candidate completed the 2nd round interview. (It means that the selection criteria for getting into 2nd round interview is solely dependent on the performance of 1st interview.)
