OK. Worth of going........strong at training your child's languange as the medium of instruction is Mandarine and English only. In my child's Pre-nusery class, more than 1/3 are westerners or mixed children. So, quite international.

請問點樣先可以增加機會入讀蘇浙幼兒園呢?我唸幫囝囝報n1, 但囝囝係細仔(11月出世), 係咪收的機會好微呢?可否插班呢?

If you have no connection, like Alumni, based on my experience, it is unlikely to secure an AM seat unless your child is very outstanding.  So, highly recommend you also to choose PM and then wait for AM class if a PM offer is given to you.  If no offer, also remember to line up for the waiting list, but waiting list is for PM class only.  My friend's boy (performance not good during interview as he cried) had no offer and lined up in the waiting list for PM class last year and had an offer in June after some students declined the offers.  So, to me, if you are willing to accept a PM offer, it is not very difficult to enter KCS.

Is 細仔機會好微 - sorry, I have no idea on this.  But this is the general perception in most PN and KG.
可否插班 - I think so, but to PM class only.
