Hi, Island Resort is very convenient, there's a bus terminal underneath, you can take 8P to causeway bay and 788 to Central, just only in 30 mins or less. There is school bus and nanny bus from St Paul's to Island Resort as I remembered, you can contact Mr. Lai at 92001446 (Nanny bus) for details, for school bus i'm not very sure, sorry.
