我囡囡5m了,我唔係好識用.請問係咪先睇DVD,後玩GAME WORD ??
因為我唔係買FULL SET,所以想請教用緊既mami

The most simple method:

Month 1: (The month given are not your baby's age, but the month of the YBCR program.

- Watch the Starter DVD twice a day. Reduce all other TV viewing for your child.
- Play with the Starter Sliding Word Cards for a few minutew at a time, several times a day.
- Read the Starter Book aloud with your child daily. Be sure to point to each word as u say it.

Month 2:
- Watch the Vol. 1 DVD twice a day.
- Watch the Starter DVD a few times each week.
- Play with the Starter and Vol. 1 Sliding Word Cards daily.
- Play with the Starter adn Vol. 1 books daily.

Month 3:
- Do all of the activities as described above for the Second Month.
- plus Vol. 3

我剛剛買了一套YBCR, 請問應如何用, 我囡囡現在 13.5 月大, thanks!

請問您的 bb 現在多大? 幾多個月開始用 YBCR ? 成效如何 ?

My babyboy is 1 year old. He has started to watch YBCR since he was eight months old. Now he can clap, wave, stomp his feet and he seems happy when he watch YBCR. In my opinion, YBCR is useful and the price is fair.

I bought the full package in US. It's about 1700 HK$ and there is a Parent's Guide included in the package. PM me if u r interested the Guide.

You should watch DVD first, then play the slide card/word card/game card with your baby to review the words that he learned for the DVD.

If your baby is just a few months old, I recommend to let him/her to watch the DVD once a day (for his/her eye's health).

HK版: 有書, d card放哂响一個盒度, 有index分開, 方便分類(屬於邊隻碟嘅字)

US版: 有唔同字咭選擇,

至於隻dvd, HK版有分chapter, 可以skip; US版就要由頭睇起(連開場白~)

我玩card, 係有唔同玩法架~
最初, 係一張一張讀, 阿b搶都隨得佢, 佢反轉我就讀後面個字, 唔係flash (我知道話應該flash)
之後~ 阿仔就自己試讀, 讀到讚, 讀唔啱就講返個啱嘅音佢聽
熟d喇, 可以叫佢搵咭~ 又可以叫佢搵物件
再熟d, 我會玩phonics, e.g. cat / pat / sat
佢d字咭唔夠就買letter cards, 自己砌! 呢個時候, 我已經無再play dvd, 開始睇英文書喇! 因為要學short sentence喇!

我的問題係, 每日叫姐姐播dvd比個女睇一次, 而家已經vol 1, 但字咭同書就唔係每日有時間比佢睇, 因要指住同佢讀一次, 我驚姐姐發音唔準, 唔係好想比佢做, 但自己返屋企太夜, 所以唔係每日都做到, 唔知點好呢?

而且唔係太清楚啲字咭每次比几多張佢睇好, 太多會唔會吸收唔到呢?

你可以叫姐姐讀一次你聽, 睇吓收唔收貨先!
少少愚見: 香港人自己都有口音啦, 你已經播過dvd bb聽過正統口音, 如果姐姐嗰d唔係好離譜, 我覺得可以試吓! 因為嗰個過程仲學習認字, 唔play card好似放棄咗d嘢咁!
我家姐姐成日話, 佢跟阿仔學咗好多嘢! 其實只要佢地睇過吓隻dvd, d英文都有進步!

至於點play, 話就話响bb無興趣之前停
我就响佢眼仔開始唔集中望住時停, 因為你唔停都唔得!

There is a slightly difference between the vision from US and HK. I had asked my relatives in US to buy the package for me.

Therefore I recommend u buy the package in HK if u don't have friends/relatives in US.

I bought the YBCR from Yahoo Auction. It is not expensive. My son is now 19months and he knows all the parts of the body, some action like clap etc...

我喺荃灣買的, bb 4個月開始睇DVD, 每日睇1次, 佢好鍾意睇YBCR, 試過俾其他碟佢睇, 佢都唔係咁鍾意, 睇幾睇會扭計, 惟獨YBCR佢會專注睇晒成隻~
但係word card同書, 就好少睇, 一來無時間, 二來唔知點樣教好(eg方式, 次數), 點樣會有系統d??!!
bb依架11個幾月, 最鍾意clap同arms up...
