可以問老師拿 admission form 了
各位家長記得考試報到【必須】要攜帶有相片和相同英文名字的政府文件
e.g. passport, 回鄉卡
出世紙和無相片的身份證 (<11 歲) 將不獲接納
每年也有很多人要山長水遠多走一趟, 只係為左核對身份

school handbook is also ok.

sch handbook sometimes has a problem
it doesn't care whether the name is the same as official name, some parents added an English name in it
then it contradicts with the name in admission form
