It stated that '5 shields: answer most of the questions correctly'. So I think it's not 100% but at least 95%

I think there is no pass mark for Starter. But u can find the annual review on BC website. The average shield for Starter in one year ( I can't remember the exact year) is 12.???. So if u get 12 shields, it's below average.
But it also stated that the average age for Starter is 9.??. So if a 5 year old boy get 13, it's v. good la......
