囡囡明年小一,宜家要申請小學,做好資料同回郵信封,應用什麼裝住交去學校?用公文袋(白色)的得唔得?無經驗,請提點一下,可否係學校簡介會由囡囡親自遞交給校長或老師啊?應該點交啊?

如果係自行收生既申請表就唔駛入袋﹐因為學校教職員會當面校對收表﹐如果係私校﹐我相信會有drop box
。
至于履歷表
﹐我就建議用A4 clear pocket profolio binder
﹐一本o甘整整齊齊﹐唔會散收收ma.

20 pages white color plastic folder,
1. Application Letter
2. Resume
3. Recommendation letter for school
4. School reports
5. Rewards
6. Certificates of activities
7. Daily school activities
8. Comments from teachers
9. Religous certificates
10. Return envelope with stamps
11. Birth Certificate copy
etc.

Very well-organized. I would also put some snapshots, such as family photos, Kindergarten activities....

想請教, 以上所有文件你是否都是scan完再加上設計好有圖案紙上, 還是有些文件都是齌影印便可?

Color copies are good enough, yes I did family pictures also, thanks seaseafamily.

2009/10, St Paul Boys don't accept any colour photo copies. No folder. Only 5 pages. Must check clearly in the application form/school website/BK mummy for every school.

Sorry it's 20 pockets plastic folder.
Please do one master folder with original birthday cert and cert. of Baptism and confirmation for any interview and around 10 pockets folders for different schools drop into the box.
Some schools like DGJS need five pages. You may one covered four page copies.

記得千祈唔好放original cert入個folder度, 一間學校閒閒地收一千幾百份, 第2時想拎返會好尷尬
cert我會scan左再用ms word, insert as picture, 想點edit都得, 張cert隔離放活動照片又得
