I'm planning to send my daughter abroad next year (after she finishes F.3), but I couldn't make up my mind as to where I should send her to.

She's born in US but raised up in Hong Kong. Even if I send her back to US, I would be looking for boarding schools. But I'm afraid that the high schools in US are too "free" and studying enviornment is weaker.

On the other hand, I have an impression that the UK education system provides a better English foundation and better discipline as well.

Any comments or advise?

First of all, does she want to study aboard?

Secondly, looking at your message, you have the answer already.

I have been living in England for the last 15 years and raised my children and other children coming from HK and China. You are right, the discipline in school in England is better than that in the States. However, it really depends where the school/college is.

I suggest that you do more research first and discuss with your daughter in depth.
