The bookstore insides British Council (Behind Pacific Place and next to Hong Kong Park in Admiralty) has some English Story Books on Summer sale - only HK$30 each.

(For most young kids' picture books, the original price is GBP4.99 to GBP5.99. For some junior novels, the original price can be more than GBP10.)

You may try the series "Hoppi & Friends". It starts from the level "Little Reader" which is suitable for 2- year-olds. You can borrow them from public libraries.
