柏基PG對待這次停課事件...本人對此事非常不滿!!!!

停課之後..只係收到2封Mail 提及政府宣佈停課..上網會有每星期活動比番小朋友, 家上自己上網download.

但並未收到任何補課or 退款之類的電話or Mail!!!

本人只好打電話到該學校, 佢只會說不會有任何補課及退款...只會輕輕就打發你走!!! 四堂PG 錢不了了之...邊有可能!!!!!

之前都聽不少這school的bad news. 宜家深入其中....

有申無路訢!!!!!

其實有無得投訢..呢d 係PG ...唔係幼稚園...應該d teacher 都係Part time 形式番工...

我都是上九龍的PIPS星期六pg，其實報名時張單張都有寫不會有補堂架！(並非只是自己不上喎！)
其實幼稚園的pg大部分遇上這個case也不會補堂或回錢的。我們只好認命呢！
另外，我想知邊間幼稚園pg在停課期間的堂會補回或補錢的呢？

唔凈止呢樣過份,9月開始加價仲過份.
上兩個月出左信問家長,會加價8~10%,點知一加就差唔多五成

我囡囡返緊三天playgroup,本來1900幾,而家要加到2600,死未.

不如去搶啦

You can report this to Edu Bureau as pre-school playgroup is part of their scope.

Gov't should give direction to PG. kindergarten If PG only insists no refund, but no makeup class, it will be part of consumer trick or we should go to report to consumer council!

加上佢個miss 又成日sick ..代課.....代課個miss 又handle 唔到...

最慘miss sick ..學校一句不提..問先會答你!!!!

in coming Sept, the monthly fee for 3 day of 2 hrs class per week is $3500- very very expensive ...

Hello YYZ, nice to see some familiar faces here. I think you are the one I know.......I am not 100% sure, cos your photo is a little blurry. My son was attending PIPS pg. By the way, I thought pg held in a kindergarten setting doesn't provide refund. But places like Dr. Poon, Le Beaumont, extra-curricular styles, they don't have to suspend classes. It is not mandatory for them, they make their own call, so it is easier for them to arrange make up class. Interesting to see learning habitat get make up classes, that is surprising! Good for them!

YWCA Shui Pong Nursery's playgroup also provide full refund to us...very good!!!
