Arrangements for Suspension of Primary school

Thursday, 11th June, 2009

1. EDB has announced that all primary schools will be suspended for two weeks

with effect from Friday12th June, 2009.

2. The examinations on Friday 12th June, 2009 will be postponed to the first day after the school resumes. The examinations are as follows:

Grade Examination

P.1 Chinese Language (Reading)

P.2 Chinese Language (Reading)

P.3 General Studies

3. The school will suspend all life-wide learning activities during the school

suspension. Therefore, all make-up classes will be cancelled.

4. All parent helpers and parent choir members do not need to go to school during

the school suspension.

5. All teachers need to attend school to have meetings, prepare for web-based

learning materials and receive training during the school suspension.

6. The school will inform parents of the special arrangements about learning support

for students as soon as possible.

7. The school has already informed and approached the PTA representatives to

understand their concerns about the school suspension.

8. The school is ready to help take care of your child during the school suspension.

school suspension in the afternoon.
