Anyone has comments of the above? Is the summer course good?

My daughter (7 yr-old) has joined their summer course and regular training last summer at Siu Sai Wan Sports Ground

. Quite good, worth to try if your kids are interested in playing track and field.

Tkx for your update. My son is only 6 but would like to give it a go. Can u share a bit more of their teaching method?
