Is there any means / hints to transfer the child from pm class to am class ? As I am a working mother, I can bring my child to attend am class but not the pm class. Any parents can give some comments ? Ooray & popolung, I know you both are familiar to the policy of ESF, can you give some opinion to me? Thanks a lot!

I'm not familiar with ESF policy...
U should know that the official answer is "no" when u were invited to join the school tour.
I have never thought I could do that. What I can do is accept what I have and to change my own schedule to meet your offer.
U may try call the school directly but i GUESS the result will be:
1. U gave up your PM offer. Fine, next please;
2. U want to go to AM class, fine, too. please go to the end of the queue.
(Don't forget there should have a waiting list waitng for children quit by any reasons.)
If i were ESF admin., I would not accepted "working parents" as an excuse (when they have enough waiting list applicant to fill up). If someone can change by any reason, why not the rest?
Simply find a part time helper can solve all your "problem".
(Touch wood to say, in case your little one feel un-well, u still need someone to look after him/her, even he/she is not going to school, right?)

only you have a strong reason - medical issue, says need to go physio once a week (afternoon), but you need to provide the doctor's letter to prove that your kid why need to be there and why only afternoon, not in the morning.
so, for your case, i don't think you have any chance to transfer from pm class to am class.

Yes, take the offer first. Then give them a strong reason to ask them to change your kid to AM class (not those like because I like my kid to wake up in the morning and have afternoon nap). But you may have to wait for a while, and normally ESF doesn't do this for you. Talk to the kindergarten principal after you get in school. Medical reason is a good one, but I don't think we should ask you to tell lies here as I always said.
