last year,
st. francis - 2 out of 4 classes use mandarin as the medium of instruction for chinese language class.

st. paul's catholic - all use cantonese

don't know whether they have changes this year.

based on this, i prefer st. francis.

St. Francis "Canossian" not "Convent".
