i used to choose native english teachers for my kids. i'm not sure if this is a better choice as whenever it comes to grammar related questions, their answers are like - that's the way it shall be... or it's difficult to explain...

i'm thinking to switch to a local teacher who has english education background. i went to a learning centre and the teacher seems to be quite good. but i'm still hesitated to change to a local teacher.
