May I know if I can still enrol for the DSS / private primary schools without giving up the seat in Mungsang P.1 when my son is in K3?

我有個同事的仔仔現於民生讀k3, 佢話民生會問你是否會升佢的小一, 如升讀, 就簽份野並放棄抽籤的機會, 但當然你可以去找私校或直資小學啦, 因為私校同直資係不受管制範圍以內的...

但你若要參加抽籤的話, 你就一定要放棄民生小一學位勒, 所以唔好諗住騎牛搵馬勒, 亦在其他post度有家長話放棄民生後又抽不到理想小學而兩頭唔到岸架... 真係幾"kick"手吓...

Thanks a lot for your reply! :) I would rather stay with MS rather than participating in the cental allocation. Can have a chance to apply DSS / private school is good enough already!
