Unless you are targeting international school, in which case you should use English, otherwise it shouldn't matter which language you use.
It is better to use a language you are comfortable in.
You'll make a bad impression if the porfolio is full of mistakes in spelling & grammar!

如果兩種語文都ｏｋ的話，就以學校的教學語言作分野吧！　中文小學用中文，英文小學用英文．　　另外就視乎學校的ａｐｐｌｉｃａｔｉｏｎ　ｆｏｒｍ吧！　至於雙語的話，有點累贅．

Yes, thank for your suggestion.... So, at this moment, I will prepare the profile in chinese and in english.

冇所謂, 我上年都是用中文做, 連信都是用中文寫的, 都間間叩到.

我都係用中文寫的, profile 學校未必睇, 最緊要係小朋友的表現及証書
