其實我咁啱7月前要搬, 要搵屋, 諗緊好唔搬去41網, 因為d租實在貴, 加上for 我同老公返工都幾唔方便. 但係亞囝只係得basic 個15分, 想讀自己心儀既學校似乎機會好微.

If he is a boy, I thought the one you want must be "LaSalle Primary School", right??

If affordable, it's worth to do so, otherwise, if you really love this school, you will regret afterwards.

To minimize your probability of feeling regret in the future, it's a good move.

It's great that you think of moving instead of borrowing address.

嘻......我家姐係住九龍城, 41網, 我從來無諗過借地址, 個人覺得係身教問題. 況且萬一一個唔好彩真係比人查到而令亞囝無得讀, 我點同佢解釋wor

If your favourite is 拔卒同九龍塘官小, you may not need to move to net 41, because:

拔卒 - this year, only got 27 seats open for lucky draw, I am not dare to choose even I am in 41 net. Risky......

九龍塘官小 - my son's K3 classmates only got basic 15 marks, but was lucky enough to be accepted in 1st round. Of course, she is not in 41 net.

About 蔡繼有同英華都幾鍾意收kv仔, I don't have this kind of statistics, as my son is not studying in KV. But my friend's child is KV仔 and has already accepted by 英華 in the coming P1.... Of course, it is just for sharing, not a prove to 英華鍾意收kv仔....

15 marks can get into Kowloon Tong Gov't is 100% true - it is provided that we are living in net 41? (it may be a silly question but sorry that I really don't know)

I mean - I have a real case that 15 marks can go into Kowloon Tong Gov't in 1st round this yr. (As "Net" is not a dependency in 1st round) BTW, she is not living in net 41.

若41校網不想博喇沙. 其餘的我認為不及34校網平均. 而且大家中學同是九龍城網. 可能34網反而好點.

Quite a majority target for LS and so, it's not surprising with 15 marks entering Kowloon Tong Gov't School. Good luck !

上星期去地產睇，九龍城d環境太差, 廣播道又住唔起 ! 地產叫我租個細單位, 抽完至再搬 ! 佢話十個有九個都係咁 ! 咁即係有n咁多區外人, chance 咪仲細 !

我上星期都去左九龍城睇樓, 感覺同妳一模一樣. 似樣d既2房單位要租到$13,500, 四週環境麻麻地. 我之前都有諗廣播道, 不果未去睇. 請問妳見個d租盤要幾多$? 我依家反而開始諗34 net.

值唔值得好難講，抽中就值得，抽唔中就唔值得囉！我覺得要睇下你有幾鐘意果間學校同負唔負擔得黎囉！

I noticed Net 12 also has the same problem. Cheaper one - old..... New one, very expensive, less choice than 41.....

For my understanding, Broadcast Drive also got some flat <$10000, but may be quite small or no view at all. Can contact some agent and have a look.
