承蒙貴校多2年來對小兒XXX(班別,學號)的悉心教導和各位老師的循循善誘,小兒終生獲益良多.現通知貴校小兒將於新學年轉往XX學校就讀,原因是保母車可直達家門和離家較近的原故,現特此通知貴校小兒會在9月1日退學, ,在此本人再次多謝, 貴校過去2年來對小兒的庝愛和教導另我非常感激.

I am writing to inform you that my son, XXX(class XXX), will be transfered to another school with effective from 1 Sep 2008. This is due to the new school's location and school coach arrangement is suitable for us.
