You can take Vitamins A, C, E, or food that contains these, e.g. carrots and other vegetables.

My kid wear the hard con. at night and he dont need to wear eye glasses now. From 450 degree to zero degree.

Hi NichoB,

Thanks for the info. How old is your son? Was it difficult at the beginning for him to wear the con to sleep? I imagine that kids will rub their eyes a lot and maybe break the con or make it fall out at night. How long does a pair of con last, I don't suppose they are disposable lens?

Do you know the rate of success decreasing short sight? How long for the kid to wear and how old of yr kid to start wearing con. ? Does any infection during the wearing time/

囡囡有數位同學仔在 P.2 時已戴CON ( 晚上戴, 日頭除 ), 佢地都係有數百度近視的, 據聞係 OK 喎, 但我擔心囡囡成日清潔意識低而不建議她採用此方法.

eat carrot can help....but the main point is don't let your child spend much time on computer....this is really let short sight increase rapidly...
