My daughter is one of the lucky ones that got accepted in Lower Hope and to help my daughter adjust to the new school, I would like to organize a gathering for the kids and the parents to meet up before school starts.

I think the kids would be more comfortable and not as "scared" if they get to meet in advance since it would be a new environment for them (new school, teachers, classmates etc...)

If you can send me your contacts, I hope to arrange something during the summer holidays.

Do we need to wait for the other letter from cckg before we buy the school uniform and take the passport photo?

Yes, you will need to wait for the 2nd letter which will be sent out mid may.
