I really like the schools in Net 41, but do not live there, what else can I do?(can't really move there either)

Please suggest.

You can try in the 1st round for the schools in Net41 but if you haven't got enough points, you will need to wait for the 2nd round. In the 2nd round, you've still got a chance to choose the school as the first three choices has no restriction on the location.

if you in 1st round cant get the seat, in 2nd round your chance is very little,

Try to move to net 41 if you really wish your kid can study there.

Never think about to borrow address from others. Just follow the rules to play.
