My child is in 2009 N1 英普AM class. The school have new arrangement for those N1 students in 2009. It makes me feel not so convenient. Later you all will know.

如不想讀, 可找到其他學校嗎? 真不理會他人的感受吧!

my daughter is also of International PM class. i think this arrangement (i.e. change from 5 days to 3 days) is unacceptable. Obviously this is the fault of the school / management and why do we need to suffer?

Government does not change their requirements, it's the management who overlooks this! I

my daughter has a number of offers from other nursery but we gave up all, in return she is the victim!! this is really unfair!!!

查實學校可以用埋兩個月既暑假空檔為下午班補返 D 堂數 (雖然補唔足, 但都叫多左兩個月麻)

I am a victim and my son will not study in HKPS. Since I don't give up another offer and paid a school fee, and my son will study in other kinder. I lost my confident in HKPS since they knew the capacity of school and accept over students, and change schedule in the latest moment. Most of parents gave up other offer and wait for new school life of their, we have no chance at all. Why HKPS don't inform parent early ??

We can change to other kinder!!!

4 July 2009 (Saturday) is Parents Day.

For am class, I think there is no change at this moment. I paid the uniform fee and school fee.

Although I feel no confidence on this school, I gave up other offers. Thus I need to stay at HKPS.

Hope there is no more change in FUTURE!

I am not smart, just not decide which kinder do my child to go, so that I paid a school fee to buy time. Now, no need to make decision since HKPS help me to make. Actually, I want my boy to HKPS instead of other kinder since HKPS can provide outdoor playground and Montessori teaching method. However, the management is poor and I lost my confident on this kinder.
Hope other parents can find good solution.

Same here.  HKPS make the decision for me.  I am giving up as well.

Initially I was struggling when HKPS offer my son PM class, my hubby was very against sending my son to PM class.  I still didnt want to give up because it wasnt easy to get in, also regarding its high placement rate to DBS.  I lost confidence to the school management.

I called up the other day and the lady told me they would be expanding in the upcoming term.  They will build more classrooms.  That means they will have contruction work in the campus and I really dont want my son to study in that environment any more.

expanding campus -- same location or different locations? I heard from other mamas HKPS plan to move to west kln side previously but finally keep in Kln tong coz a lot of parents show concerns.

Yes, I was going to give up that other kinder but lucky that I had paid a minimal fee to keep the spot.

Expanding the school? Let me ask on Parents Day. If yes, it is very seriously affect the learning environment. I concern the construction schedule if any.

On the other side, I think Buildings Department will not approve to do any construction work during the school year. In practise, all construction works only processes during summer time.

If yes, I will vote OBJECTION on my side IF it happens.
