此校的主要教學語言是什麼?英語水平如何?有多少外籍老師?

use chinese mainly.

2 NET teachers (not foreign, should be ABC)
For K3, one extra teacher teach phonics.(don't know NET or not).

I think their English level depends on their family background and what they learn outside school hours. The average is fair.
