議員說粗言穢語,

all Hong Kong newspapers are really incompetent. The real issue here is: who's high level government officials who are in charge of the education affairs sent their children overseas for education but paid by the taxpayers.

The government is so much up in arm because they want the public ignore the real issue to hide their own greed.
