1st round, only count on points (it doesn't matter where you live).
2nd round, no need to count on points, you have much much better chance if you live in the same area.

I called the school and ask this question, if u studied in kowloon city MTC afternoon session, and you have your graduate certificate then your child will have 10 marks.
