Nowadays people only mention "safe sex",which I don't think it's safe in any context. It seems no one dares to say "sex in marriage only".

More moral education is needed, and the culture should be changed.

i prefer the co-ed environment with a proper education to my child.

While the parents are also the key partner to let child aware the reality and what should they do or not and why!

Responsible attitude is the most important point.
Parents especially have the important role to show what responsibility is.
However, behavior of some of the HK adults (even they are parenthood) is not so adult.
Nevertheless, parents should provide caring environment to their children in order to resist temptation & adverse effect from peers / media.
