An apple a day, sends the doctor away. Apple in the morning, doctor's warning. Roast apple at night, starves a doctor outright. Eat an apple going to bed, knock the doctor on the head. Three each day, seven days a week ruddy apple, ruddy cheek.

一日一蘋果, 醫生遠離我
早上吃蘋果, 醫生叮囑我
晚上烤蘋果, 醫生感肚餓
蘋果伴入睡, 醫生不相信
每天吃掉三大個, 一週七天不懶惰
天天紅蘋果, 氣色好是我!
