2月9號正取生已經註左冊,應該有位剩左出0黎,大家而家心情點呀?有無寫信比校長?仲有咩可以做可以增加成功率.我個女當日表現唔好,會唔會排waiting都排到好後,叩門都無用?真係有d灰心.

2. Apr 22 - pay book/uniform fee to Sacred Heart

Have you written the letter to the Principal yet?  This is definitely a must and you should send her every once in a while to show your sincerity.

As I know the show up rate on the registration is very high, only a few students didn't register so there are not a lot of vacancies opened since registration.  I think the picture would be clear after SPK has announced result and registration is done.  No one knows for sure but some people may choose to withdraw.

yes, keeps on writing letters and if you are opened to pm class, may even have higher chance. Cos i wrote a letter to the school for changing to am class, the staff called me last week and offered me the place. So, I guess they are calling up the waiting list once place is available.

Yes, more than once.

Sometimes repeating what you have written before is fine. The key is to show the sister you are sincere about it.

我今日打左去學校問,佢話已經通知左部分waiting list 啦,再下一批要等4月尾,好唔開心,原來已經通知左!

係呀, 學校話已通知一批備取生入讀. 幾多個學校話不便透露. 唔知以乜標準黎選呢？地區，天主教？

原來自己個女唔係差少少就入到個隻,第一批備取生都無佢份,真係有d失望,佢真係唔係咁差,點解會咁......可能佢真係係waiting list好尾.

I called the school before cny and the clerk told me that there are 180 students on the waiting list...

180!!!!! That's exactly one wait-listed for one admitted. How do you get the clerk to tell you? We better don't pass this info back to school so not to get the clerk in trouble!

I guess they are being very careful with the impacts from the spk announcement, so to keep as many people on wait-list as possible.

Seems like SHCK really is quite transparent since they don't keep a lot of things as secret.

不要這麼想
很多的原因與可能發生
畢竟有關係的人太多
例如宗教或舊生的關係

所以別這麼想認為自己的孩子差
這樣對孩子不公平

其實點解要失望呢? 聖心是好,但是是否好到非讀不可嗎? 最重要的是家長和小朋友都已盡全力, 成功與否已不在我們控制之內.....平常心吧!! 我都為我囡報左聖心, 點知連waiting list 都冇份, 只收rejected的信; 但, 我沒有一點的失望, 因為我覺得, 每間學校收生標準唔同, 聖心唔收佢絕對絕對不是她差, 而是有其他小朋友更加適合...

Agree, maybe it's the gap between expectation and reality...try to leave it to God and he will pave your daughter her way.

My daughter is also on waiting list, but I haven't sent any letter to the principle and so still not get any response from SH

四月啦,上次打去學校話4月會通知waiting list, 好心急呀! 唔知正取生幾時買校服呢?佢係等邊日先會通知waiting list呢? 如果收,我估都只係有下午班位,到時瞓覺時間點安排好?

我地會4月22日做校服, 相信當日如果無去, 學校之後如果confirm左學生真係唔讀, 就會call waiting list. 希望大家成功啦

我女女而家幼兒班係返pm, 佢由開學前本身nap time係一點幾, 自動會調節到放學先nap, 大約5點左右, 訓到7點我地會叫佢起身, 不過由於訓唔夠, 往往都唔係太大胃口食飯, 又會有少少扭. 不過隨住佢地大左, 又會訓少啲, 所以唔駛擔心, 小朋友適應力好強, 係時間唔係好見駛

My wife told me it was very crowded when she went there on Wednesday.

I was told they have started to contact those parents who didn't come to pay the book fees and to check the status. So, hopefully as they said the good news will be announced to those on waiting list.

Can't be sure how many openings there will be but I know at least 5 girls will choose spk so meaning there will be some vacancies.
