I strongly recommend "Hong Kong Preschool" in Chun King Yuen(forgot the name).

Two class teacher system(English(NET teacher) and Chinese). Kids are very good academically and English is good.

My son studied pre-school(nursery school) for one year and his English was brushed up drastically. However, I choose another Kinder in Kowloon Tong and I still regret not letting him studying K.1-3 in this school.

Their kids are beloved by most Primary schools.

I also heard that HKPS is preferred by Pui Kei nearby. Good Luck!
