I vote for 真光 because the secondary school is much better.

Rosary hill primary is English private school, but the standard is not very good, and I think you might not choose Rosary hill secondary, many parents commented that it doesn't worth.
True light primary standard is much better, the accademic results and the school atmosphere of it's secondary section, it's an English Sec, it is also good.
Of course, if you are only to consider the kindergarten, than Rosary hill seems better than True light,
but if you also concern about primary and secondary, than True light must be better.
