華仁和聖若瑟-哪一間好? 我仔讀緊蘇淅幼稚園, 怕兩間都不適合佢. 但我又唔想送佢去國際學校.

ah???? 為什麼不適合呀? 是不是蘇淅是用國語而华仁和St.Jo用廣東話授中文? 我仔唔係讀緊國際部wor. 佢只係讀緊本地班. 可唔可以提供多些意見呀? Thanks!!!

Both of them are very good school.
But are u sure your son can seat in?
I mean that he must need to seat in through "Lucky draw".

相信樓主是一孩母親,小朋友入讀小一時頂多是6歲,思維未成熟,無人知那類學校/教學模式適合他(包括父母).

華仁 & St.Jo都有埋中學,而且是band1頭中學,若小朋友不是成績太差,可說連升中都唔使煩啦,而且呢兩間仲係津校唔使交學費,係好多好多家長的夢想學校來的.

你係度想適唔適合,不如想點樣可以入到啦!!但可以肯定話無必入方法,還是做好本分,聽天由命,入到咪當中六合彩囉.

另外”St.Jo ' 都係只能收返六七成小學學生，因為
書院學位比小學學位少，所以競爭非常劇烈

番禺華仁小學係直升香港華仁,佢同st.jo一樣, 大約收60%小學部學生,餘額就收外來生.

Hi,

May I have some comments from different parents here.  In case ignore the school fees problem, how you will set the priority of the following 4 primary schools:

1.  St. Joseph Primary School
2.  Wah Yan Primary School
3.  St. Paul's College Primary School (Boys)
4.  Raimondi Primary School

Out of these 4, I would choose St Paul's College Primary School, mainly because there will be less uncertainty when it comes to applying for secondary school.
Being a DSS, there should be no problem getting into St Paul's College.
This is not the case for St Joseph & Wah Yan as not all their primary school boys can go up to their own secondary school.
Personally, I wouldn't like to have to go through school application again for secondary schools.
Raimondi is a good primary school but I'm not too sure about its secondary school.
Their primary school is also undergoing some changes - from boys school to co-educational school.
We may need a few more years to see the effect of such changes.

My son has 20 points and not sure whether I should try my luck. I heard with 20 points, the chance of getting into our choice in 1st round is slim...

At the same time, I will try the private schools too.

如果唔諗錢的問題, 我會咁樣排 :

其實st.jo出名壓力大及多功課, 不過佢就黎轉全日, 呢樣我自己個人好喜歡, 如果閣下無咩時間幫兒子跟功課&默書, 而小兒又不太能承受壓力, 就先排華仁才st.jo.

I really like St. Paul Boys but also concern their school fees in case they relocation to a new site. But my hushand is an old boy of their secondary school, do you think the chance is better for going into their primary school?

chance 的問題我就唔知啦, 不過我個人覺得呢d直資學校會睇interview時表現多d, 或者你再問下讀緊的家長啦.
