Been to interviews of HoManTin and 康怡 only, my impression on the latter is better. In the "Parent session", HoManTin asked how your family can support the "English/Mandarine/Cantonese" at home. For 康怡, in that session, they just want to see if you have any question to them.

No idea on 銅鑼灣.

My son's now studying in Causeway Bay Campus. The teachers do NOT rotate among campus. I choose Causeway Bay coz they are the 旗艦 campus and the teachers are experienced with good qualification.

What I heard is experienced teachers will go to help in new campus, like Harbour Green.

I think it depends on which district you live. Since they are run by the same sponsoring body, there is not much difference. However, if you have no intention to continue studying in its primary section, you should consider the school net in which the school is located.
