小儿讀p2,想九月到播道插班讀p3,需要辦咩嘢手讀,學位是否很緊張,請各位有經驗的家長指教,多謝.

學校好多時都不收插班生好難入到.

I think first thing you should do is to call EC and ask about the availability and the steps you need to know to get through the application.
