I used to live in City One Sha Tin for 6 years and I've seen none Down kids in the shopping mall and restaurants. I moved to Heng Fa Chuen 1 year ago and was surprised to see quite a number of Down kids. I know there is no proof the living environment has anything to do with this but I just want to know if anyone has similar observation.
