不知有否其他KTS家長曾做出此決定.現在有點看?想借點經驗.謝謝!

"直屬中學" is just 1 of the criteria of choosing school:

take a look at the secondary school admission record of KTS, compared them with your "直屬中學", & assess your kid's abilities to enter those secondary schools which are better than your "直屬中學". Then results & decision generates. The most difficult parts are
- to assess your kid's abilities
- to assess which secondary schools which are better than your "直屬中學"

I guess, without further information, no one other than you yourself can help you.

Last year, we gave up the place in Good Hope. I knew at least two students in my daughter's KTS preparatory class did go to Good Hope after taking the one month class.

Anyway, we like this school very much (esp this is a co-ed one) and up to now, we still believe the choice is right.

j2baba, appreciate you took the time to comment. The other school is a well-known Band 1 secondary. That's the dilemma since I really like what I have read and seen about KTS.

I agree that it's ultimately us who can make the choice but I am grateful for any experience and ideas that I can borrow.
