Any comment on it? As I heard from one of my friend saying that teachers there are lack of passion in teaching. However, I doubt about it, so want to have your input, thx!

Actually I heard one of friends mentioned about it in a gathering with lots of people and so not much time to discuss in details. Just want to know if anyone here would like to talk about it from different prospecitve.
