Does anyone know the date? And is it like last time, the kindergarten of our child gives it to us? Thanks.

大抽獎架信已經收左,若今個星期六之前你仲未收到,要call教育局啦!
係Jan 17及18要去指定中心搞.唔係由幼稚園比架.
