升中轉校網手續怎樣? 問教育署? 有期限甲請?

In our case, we need to prepare a request letter together with address proof (i.e. utility bills) and submit to the school for further processing.

We have already done this before Xmas. I think the deadline for first phrase is over. I don't know when the second phrase starts, but the ultimate deadline is mid-March.
