Does anyone have experiences in this new preschool, particularly its playgroup for 1- to 2-year old babies?

It is kind of associated with Highgate House School at the Peak.

I've be to the school visit... it is a very nice school.
They just open in Sept. and haven't got licence for kindy yet. So at the moment the class size are very small.

I guess I will probably put my daughter in for their playgroup.

I'm yet to visit the school. Seems that it doesn't open on Sat. I may need to take a day off to have the school visit.

As it is close to my place (Tseung Kwan O) and provides school bus service, I am very much tempted to have my girl joined its playgroup. In fact, its school bus even runs to HK Island!!

The Admin office told me that over 95% of its students are non-Chinese. If joined, we will likely be the rare minority in the playgroup.

Someone said that founders of Garden House and Highgate House are the same.

Comparing info provided in the Highgate's website (
http://www.highgatehouse.edu.hk/ ), programmes and philosophy at both schools are quite similar. But fees at Garden House are much lower !

My girl is now joinging the Parent/Child class every Tuesday and Thursday. The environment is very nice and teachers are friendly. Last Tuesday, my girl joined the outing. They went to a farm in Sai Kung, planting and harvesting. My girl brought back a lot of carrots and cabbage.s She enjoyed it very much.
