How would you compare them?

York - only good in Eng?
LH - good environment for Eng, Mandarin?
Victoria - can learn all Eng, Cant and Mandarin?

How about the teachers quality?

I want my kid learning through fun, build confidence, think with creativity, which one will be better for this?
