St Mary's 英文用的書是高1年級.
Science and Geograph 是英文教.
要在學校好Top不是容易.

學校老師有愛心, 三間我最後也是選了St Mary's.
我女讀得好開心.

其實有時真係唔知係小朋友自己叻定係學校教得好,我朋友的女兒讀女拔,佢無上任何英文班,但二年級可以寫得一篇好好的英文故事,其他學校的學生又點程度,真係好想知邊間學校教得好!

dgjs 學生英文程度真係一流... 你地去睇吓佢個web裹面的學生作品.... 可真汗顏! 唔係講笑.... 有些本港的大學生都未必寫到佢d小六作品!

"ranking" 尼樣野好難講的....但協恩點都算是間幾好的女校.... 雖然佢個課程&英文不是很高, 但至少有其中學做backup, 咁小朋友可以愉快渡過小學階段呀!

i will choose MCS. I think this is a "dream school" for girls.

if between MCS and DGS, i'll choose DGS (if the school fee is not a concern).

I would rather think DGS is a dream school for girls based on both their outstanding academic and non-academic performance.

As MCS cannot select students of her own choice like DGS, anybody can enter by luck or affiliation(marks). The variation in academic level of those that enter in the 1st year can be enormous. That's why there are quite a number of drop outs from P2 onwards as some simply cannot cope with the requirement of MCS.

agree. actually i should say MCS is one of the dream schools but DGS is top of the list.

It is commonly recognized that DGS is at the apex amongst all girl schools while St. Mary and MCS could be classified as the same ranking. Of course, all these three are the dream schools of girls (or parents...

好想知道DGJS/DGS d學生咁叻其實係佢地學校師資好好 or 家長既教導還是D小朋友本身好叻呢???
同埋DGJS/DGS係唔係冇渣既學生架, 我估佢地渣巳經叻過出面既學生好多
同埋佢地學校多唔多NET架, 因為見佢地個WEB-SITE d小朋友寫得D英文好好&佢地d art work 整得好靚, 好難想像到係小學生既作品
煩請指教

My perference is
DGS or MCS (Same class) - but I like MCS campus.
ST Mary is second choice (acedemic envronment is better)
Heep Yunn is final choice (put too much pressure on student to upgrade status of the school)

May I ask how's the ratio of primary graduates from MCS/St Mary can directly goto their own (MCS/St Mary) secondary school? Is that a ratio as they are government schools.

They are both subsidized schools.

For St. Mary's - 100% (if they can pass internal examination) as SMCS is "through train" with SMCC

For MCS - don't have the official figure. I believe around 80 -90% (correct me if I'm wrong). Another subsidized primary school La Salle have about 8x% graduates promote to their secondary college each year.

I prefer St. Marys is first choice. St. Marys has special ways to nurture kids very well in all these aspects (especial moral and conduct)

MCS 學校校風 is more materialize. Maybe influence by their peers.

協恩 academic preformance may not as well as St. Marys and MCS. So this is third.

HYS's name is not "big" as other two... and campus is not so beautiful... but students are doing good these years. Last year, it beat LS to win champion of debate.
HYS focus all-around education.

I believe for primary school, GH is better than MCS in terms of academic, language and discipline (if you like that).

But for secondary, both schools should be of similar rank.

it is difficult to compare i.e. academic, language and discipline since it is subjective..

for results of ECA, it is public and open, i.e. every years big award - BOCHK Bauhinia Bowl Award.
most mentioned schools' name here rank on top.
